Please see the below, as a supplement to our Privacy Policy, to learn more about your rights, and how Jelly Belly collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information.

As a US company, most of our operations are conducted in the United States and in order to provide the Site, personal information will be processed in the United States, where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. With respect to transfers originating from the European Economic Area we implement the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
